Cambridge, Mass. -- ATG (Art Technology Group), a Cambridge-based
ecommerce software company, on Friday priced a secondary public offering of
stock to raise about $88 million. The company sold 25 million shares priced at
$3.50 each. ATC said it plans to use the proceeds for working capital and
possible acquisitions.
