MA-based GlassHouse Technologies Files for IPO to Raise $75 Million. They have jobs!

Framingham, Mass. - GlassHouse Technologies,
a Framingham-based provider of IT consulting services, has filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission to raise an estimated $75 million. Founded in 2001,
GlassHouse helps organizations by analyzing their IT infrastructures and
implementing new IT strategic plans. The company has raised about $70 million
in venture capital from several firms, including Kodiak Venture Partners, Dell
Computer, GrandBanks Capital, Paladin Capital Group, Jafco, Cisco Systems,
Montagu Newhall Associates, and Shiprock Capital. The company previously filed
for an IPO to raise an estimated $100 million in 2007, but withdrew the plan
based on market conditions.
