Groton-based Harvest Automation Raises $5.8 Million in VC Deal

Groton, Mass. - Harvest Automation, a Groton-based robotics company, has
raised $5.8 million in a round of venture capital, according to a new filing by
the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company was
founded in 2007 by a group of iRobot technical staff. The company
originally was called Q Robotics but switched names to Harvest Automation when
it began focusing on the field of agricultural automation.
