Cambridge-based Virtify Raises $15 Million, and they have jobs!

Cambridge, Mass. - Virtify, a Cambridge-based provider of content
compliance software for life science organizations, has raised $15 million in a
round of venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with the
Securities and Exchange Commission.

Virtify's software provides a collaborative web-based environment for managing
regulated content, from pre-clinical through product registration to
commercialization. The company plays a role in the development of regulatory
standards and is an active participant in a variety of standards committees.
