C2Logix (formerly WasteBid.com, Inc.) provides logistics software and solutions
in routing and route optimization to enable transportation and fleet managers
to more effectively manage operations and reduce expenses. The implementations
typically save clients 10-25 percent of their operating costs. In 2009, we
saved clients over $9 million and played an active role in nationwide disaster
response efforts, being awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director
of the CDC for our efforts in the H1N1 response.

The company was founded in
2000 and is positioned with patents, international and national partnerships,
products and services. C2Logix is seeking an individual to become the CEO and
help it grow from its current annual revenue level of approximately $700,000.
Ownership participation is possible. The candidate should have experience in
sales of software and services at an executive level. Desired attributes
include demonstrated entrepreneurial, interpersonal, financial planning and
analytical skills. Experience in transportation logistics and route
optimization software is desirable. Expertise of the technologies is not
critical, but familiarity with the following applications/languages used in our
solutions would be beneficial: ArcGIS, MapPoint, web mapping servers, Ruby on
Rails, Java, Python, VB/VBA, ASP.NET, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
