Sales Analyst - Andover, MA

Position Summary: 
The primary responsibilities of the position include supporting the North America Sales organization with commissions reporting, oversight to the vehicle reimbursement program and timely field sales revenue analysis. 

Major Responsibilities of the Position: 
„X Calculate timely & reliable field sales commission, bonus and other performance awards. 
„X Prepare, distribute commission statements to the field sales team. 
„X Responsible for monitoring the Company¡¦s vehicle reimbursement program. Also responsible for the timely & reliable supporting documentation of the associate expenses. 
„X Provide analytical support to the field sales management team upon request. 
„X Assist Sales management with modeling selling programs and contests. 
„X Assist management with expense budgets & forecasts. 
„X Support a continuous improvement methodology in all aspects of the role. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
Bachelor¡¦s degree or equivalent education 
3 to 5 years relevant experience 
Medical device industry experience preferred. 

Required Knowledge and Skills: 
Financial modeling is a skill that will be relied upon to be successful in this role. 
Proficiency with SAP 
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
Intermediate Microsoft Access skills 
Strong team, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills are necessary
