Office Manager
Office Manager - Office Record Storage Company located in Worcester, Massachusetts (College Square area) looking for a full time Office Manager. Responsibilities include day to day projects, answer phones, A/R, A/P, purchasing, data entry and some light bookkeeping.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
- Minimum 2 year accounting experience
- General Ledger and Balance Sheets a plus!
- Computer Skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Detail Oriented and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities and overcome obstacles with confidence
- Requires excellent follow up skills and must be detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task accurately in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated and disciplined
- Ability to analyze, develop, initiate, and implement plans and strategies to achieve goals
- Professional appearance/demeanor
