Waltham, Mass. - Emo Labs, a privately held, Waltham-based developer of
audio technology for electronics manufacturers, has raised $1.5 million of
convertible debt financing, according to a filing by the company with the Securities
and Exchange Commission. Emo allows electronics manufacturers to create
products that offer improved listening experience for home entertainment,
desktop and portable use. The company was formerly known as Unison Products,
