Stamford, CT-based LegiTime Raises $1.5 Million in First Round

Rocky Hill, Conn. -- LegiTime Technologies, a Stamford-based provider of
mobile messaging software products, has raised $1.5 million in its first round
of venture capital, which was led by Connecticut Innovations, the
state's quasi-public authority responsible for technology investing and
innovation development. LegiTime provides message and device management
software for mobile phones, The company plans to use the new investment for
product development, marketing and strategic. iNovia Capital also invested in
the deal.
