century? As a Solutions Architect with Monster Public Sector &
Education you will lead a critical role working with leaders in
workforce and economic development, education, business, and technology
to address their challenges.


As a Solutions Architect you
are deeply versed in solutions selling. You understand a clients
challenges and can design a dozen ways to solve them - all that will
work and help the client achieve their goals, using their measures of
success. You will need to be fluent working with professionals at all
levels and have the capacity to create shared vision and inspire
success. Your role will require day-to-day interactions with other
Monster sales professionals, public sector customers, and Monster
technical staff. Your key challenge will be to design solutions that
are forward-thinking and deliver concrete, tangible results. You will
work closely with sales, clients, and partners to ensure what we design
becomes a powerful reality. You'll need a good blend of solution sales,
business and technology skills, be comfortable facilitating with
diverse stakeholders, and have a passion to deliver consistently great
results.

Essential Functions:
* Design complex web-based and professional service solutions for customers in state and local government and education.
* Work with sales and technology to ensure rock solid architecture and proposals.
* Write proposal responses and coordinate with proposal teams to deliver high quality and highly successful proposals..

* Learn leading-edge product and partner capabilities to apply to help
clients achieve their business goals through Monster solutions.
* Design and create product collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and sales materials.
* Manage successful post-sales to solution delivery transitions.
* Successfully work independently on multiple engagements simultaneously.

Job Requirements:
* BA or BS
* Strong record and associated skills in solutions selling, professional services, & web-based technologies
* Strong experience in public sector especially in workforce or economic development

* Ability to play multiple roles with ease and simultaneously including
solutions architect, evangelist, consultant, facilitator, proposal
writer, and chief problem 
   solver.
* Able to assume enormous responsibilities and deliver Monster-level results
* Strong experience writing proposals, grants, and responses to requests for information highly desirable
* Superior facilitation skills in management consulting, business process redesign, and solutions engineering
* Multidisciplinary skills in technology, business, and sales
* Strong PowerPoint, Word and online technology skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and team skills
* Able to translate business challenges into real world proposals with a high win rate* Flexibility and results-oriented
