In his role, he has led Monster's largest initiatives that have resulted in millions of people getting better jobs faster. Dan was the chief architect and program manager behind the re-engineering of USAJOBS, the award-winning official career site of the US Federal government. He holds 3 patents relating to job matching, has launched more than a dozen major job seeker enhancements on Monster.com, and most recently worked with the United Nations & World Bank to help them get the right talent to fix the global economic crisis. As usual, there is no charge to attend the WJS meeting but attendees are requested to donate a used book for the Friends of the Library Book Sale, or make a small cash donation (e.g., $1).
