Professional Services Consultant

We offers customers a complete set of services to
ensure successful enterprise implementations, timely deployment, and
on-going product support and maintenance. We offer services directly
and through our network of certified partners.

This full-time position is for an experienced professional services
representative who will manage customer implementations worldwide.  The
position includes working with customers on a variety of tasks such as
implementations, customizations, and supporting installations both
remotely and at customers' sites.  Prior consulting experience with
database management, network and security (including policy assessment
and database firewall design for Fortune 2000 customers worldwide) is
desirable.

Requirements 

At least five years of industry experienceKnowledge of and experience with SQL and a database platform such
as Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, UDB/DB2, or Sybase is desirableKnowledge of and experience with UNIX shell environments. UNIX scripting and Perl programming desirableExperience with customer relationship management and production deployments Security experience is desirableProject management experience is desirableB.S. in business, engineering, or information systems 30-50% travel in U.S. and internationally
