POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the CMO, the Group Product Manager [GPM]  serves as the point person to develop customer insight, targeting guidance, performance analysis and overall P&L and project management for a portfolio .  The GPM will lead performance analysis, reporting, market research and work closely with Business Development to implement new products and with service in the provision of performance reports and information. The GPM will also lead and coordinate cross functional teams to deliver integrated programs that meet target allowables



PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1.      Assume primary responsibility for "through funnel" product performance and product P&L
2.      Develop, implement and manage marketing plans for each case
3.      Create ideas for tactical lead generation and marketing tests to improve performance in partnership with rest of marketing team
4.      Partner with marketing "channels" team to execute strategies in market
5.      Measurement of ROI and detailed budget creation and management
6.      Managing, developing and nurturing direct reports 
7.      Develop and maintain competitive analysis
8.      Be the primary resource for developing and disseminating critical audience, market, case and performance information.
9.      Create specific performance and accountability reports for executive management.


QUALIFICATIONS:
BA required, MBA preferred, five to ten years of experience in product management, direct/digital marketing, management consulting; Strategic and quantitative experience and orientation, with familiarity and experience with marketing execution; Project management experience
