Cambridge-based HubSpot Raises $16 Million in Third Round

Cambridge, Mass. - HubSpot, a Cambridge-based provider of Internet marketing software, has raised $16 million in its third round of venture capital, which was led by Scale Venture Partners. Founded in 2006, HubSpot provides software that helps businesses raise their online profile. The company's platform includes tools that allow professional marketers and small business owners to manage search engine optimization, blogging and social media, as well as landing pages, lead intelligence and marketing analytics. Other investors in the company include General Catalyst Partners and Matrix Partners.
