Title: Business Analyst
Location: Dorchester, MA
Duration: 6 month contract +

You
will work closely with various internal lines of business and service
partners in understanding the business requirements and then creating
the insight needed to support their initiatives with technology
solutions.  You will work both individually and as part of the
Knowledge Management team.

The
ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and strong
written and verbal presentation skills. Candidates must have extensive
Retail Banking experience in one or more of the following specific
areas: Demand Deposit, Mortgage Processing, General Ledger Processing,
Online Banking, Checking and Savings, Money Markets, Private Wealth,
Capital Markets, Cash Management, Cash Services, Wire Transfers,
LockBox, CheckCard, Student Loans, Home Loans, Mortgages, Home Equity
or Lines of Credit.

Qualifications:

o       Bachelors or Masters  in related field (marketing, information management, finance)

o       7 to 10 years experience in related field with Bachelors, 4 to 7 experience in related field with Masters.

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills




• Prior experience with a Big 5 Accounting Consulting Firm is a plus

o      
Able to work in result/impact oriented environment with intense
measurements, process oriented and holds self to high expectations to
deliver.

o       Solid written and oral communication skills

o       Good interpersonal skills

o       Ability to work individually or as a team

o       Solid knowledge of Retail Banking
