FedEx expands its Northborough presence

FedEx Corp. has nearly doubled its presence at a Northborough warehouse and distribution facility, said a broker involved in a FedEx lease transaction.
The broker is Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC, a commercial real estate advisory firm that represented the landlord in lease negotiations; the landlord is MM Industrial Beeman Road LLC.
FedEx renewed its lease for 180,200 square feet that it already occupied at the One Beeman Rd. location and it agreed to lease an additional 162,700 square feet at the site, Richards Barry Joyce said of a lease that covers a total of 342,900 square feet of space and means that FedEx will now occupy the entire building.
