You're a job seeker? Maybe you should think more like an elephant

Examine every opportunity like an elephant

When looking at any career opportunity consider your mind to be like
an elephant trunk.  Examine the role from all aspects:  the front, the
side, and behind.  Consider how it will affect you financially,
developmentally, mentally, and the impact it will have on others. 
Examine the company's culture, especially how failure is handled and
how they celebrate success.  Know their business and the role.  Just as
an elephant's trunk examines everything - you, as a job seeker, should
be like an elephant's trunk.
