Acton, Mass. -- Blackwave, an Acton-based developer of
Internet video storage and delivery technology, has raised $7 million in its
third round of venture capital. Investors in the deal include Globespan
Capital Partners, Flybridge Capital Partners
and Sigma Partners.
Blackwave develops storage and delivery infrastructure that is designed for
Internet video distribution. The company integrates its software with standard
industry hardware.
