Principal-in-Residence, Achievement First (charter school management organization)

Interested in getting training on being a charter school principal?
Achievement First's Principal in Residence program allows participants
to serve as an Academic Dean or Dean of Students for a year prior to
opening a new school. The Principal in Residence works with the
Principal to split the instructional leadership role. Superintendants
will provide heavy support from February on, as the Principal in
Residence works to transition into a Principal position.

Educational background and work experience


• A bachelor's degree from a competitive university is required, a Master's Degree is preferred


• Successful past experience leading adults


• 4 years of urban teaching experience
