Program Manager (Metro west Boston)

Our client is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing
of medical devices for imaging in the surgical arena. Due to growth,
they are seeking a Program Manager.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for
implementing, monitoring, and driving service projects/processes
associated with client's products from initiation through delivery.
This work includes working closely with factory and field cross
functional teams on the service aspects of new product introductions,
field technical training, service cost reductions, field failure
analysis, technical service manuals and bulletins, and providing Level
III technical support to the field. As part of a factory service team,
the individual will also be responsible for global spare parts
provisioning and development of field replaceable unit strategy. Key
measure of success is overall internal and external customer
satisfaction.

Requirements


B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.


3+ years service experience


At least 3 years medical device experience with xray technologies a plus.


Computer experience providing technical support & services. Including equipment and application support.


Familiarity with most commonly used test equipment (i.e.: power supplies, signal generators, flow meters, etc).


Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings.


Familiar with FDA product requirements and regulatory guidelines preferred for Medical devices.


Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to
communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner,
are necessary to accomplish this task.


Responsive problem solver and action oriented in resolving customer issues and meeting customer requirements.


Ability to work under general supervision with a high degree of technical and organizational competence.


Ability to function well under pressure and expend effort to meet schedules and deadlines
