Mass. -- Conduit Labs, the Cambridge-based developer of music social
gaming network Loudcrowd, has raised $3 million in its second round of
equity funding, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC). PaidContent reported that investors included previous
backers Charles River Ventures and Prism VentureWork. The company
also raised $5.5 million in 2007.
