Cambridge, Mass. -- Pervasis Therapeutics, a Cambridge-based
developer of drugs designed to improve the outcomes of vascular interventions
such as angioplasties, stents and coronary bypass grafts, said that it has
raised the first $10 million of its third round of funding, which the company is
hoping to cap at $17.4 million. Participants included previous investors
Flagship Venture Partners, Polaris Venture Partners and Highland Capital
Partners, as well as new backer Richter Family Fund. Proceeds will
support the company's ongoing clinical development programs.
