Resume Reel, this Friday at Acton Congregational. Be there!

A major component of any job search is to have a knock-'em-out resume

that clearly states who you are and what you can contribute to an

organization. This Friday, September 18, at Acton Congregational Church

we will have a "resume reel," where you will have an opportunity to

receive supportive feedback on your resume and to give feedback on the

resumes of others. Please bring at least five copies of your resume and

a willingness to hear the good news and the less-than-good news about

what your resume communicates.



We will work in small groups of five or six people, and you will both

give and receive resume feedback from each attendee in your group.

You'll go home with many suggestions for significant resume improvement.

We did a similar "resume reel" at Acton Congregational a few months ago

and it was a well-received success.



Acton Congregational Church is located at 12 Concord Road in Acton

Center. The meeting starts at 10 a.m. Please arrive early to get the

best parking spaces (and don't park in the spaces in front of the Day

Care Center). Overflow parking is located behind the fire station across

the street from the church.
