Our client, located in Central MA is seeking a Senior Tax Manager

responsible for federal, state, local and premium taxes including

compliance, regulatory oversight, tax planning, M&A support and tax

accounting. This position also contributes to establishing overall tax

strategy and planning initiatives.



Minimum of ten years of Tax Accounting experience in a major accounting firm

and 5-8 years of management experience in the tax function of an enterprise

is required. BS or MBA in accounting required, MST or LLM in taxation

desired. Current CPA license is required. Expertise with federal tax law

and regulations, including regulations pertaining to insurance companies is

required. Extensive knowledge of statutory and GAAP tax accounting theory

and authoritative guidance, i.e. SFAS No. 109, FIN No. 48, SSAP 8, is

required.



Salary range is commensurate with experience.
