Westford-based Verivue Raises $20 Million in Venture Capital

Westford, Mass. - Verivue, the Westwood-based
developer of video service delivery system for the Internet, has raised $20
million in a round of venture capital, according to a new filing by the company
with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Verivue's system delivers
video from a single network platform. Its web engine delivers IP video streams
with support for major transport protocols and container formats, all on the
same "universal" network port. The company was formed in 2006.
