Billerica, Mass. - PlumChoice, a Billerica-based
provider of remote technical support services, announced on Tuesday that it has
raised $14.7 million in a new round of venture capital. Investors in the deal
include Edison Venture Fund, an existing investor with the company, as
well as an Edison limited partner. Founded in 2000, PlumChoice offers remote
technical services for homes, home offices and small businesses. The company
offers support for personal computers & laptops, networking, software
applications, printers, peripherals, MP3 players, digital cameras, smartphones
and other mobile devices.
