Burlington, Mass. - Silverlink, the Burlington-based
provider of a development platform for automated phone calls by healthcare
organizations to customers, has raised $5 million in its fourth round of venture
capital, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. Silverlink's service allows healthcare organizations to
deliver personalized communications to thousands of customers at a time.
Delivered through an application service provider model and designed with
non-technical users in mind, the technology makes it easy to design, deploy, and
monitor call programs, according to Silverlink.
