Job Description:

• 
  Ability to apply industry best practices and leading edge thinking to learning programs, e.g. simulations, games, etc.
  


• 
  Ability to translate learner needs into learning program requirements
  


• 
  Facility with common e-Learning tools (e.g. Flash, Captivate)
  


• 
  Ability to achieve alignment among diverse stakeholders of learning program
  


• 
  Ability to design learning programs based on desired business results
  


• 
  Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies
  


• 
  Deep understanding of adult learning theory and practice
  


• 
  Prioritization and task management skills
  


• 
  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  


• 
  Ability to effectively work with project teams and internal clients
  


• 
  Must have experience developing interactive e-Learning programs using tools such as Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, etc
