Tax Director near Burlington, MA

In the spirit of each of us helping others, I thought it prudent to share -
please pass around through your contacts and hopefully we can help someone land
for a little while at least....

I have a large multi-national operation where the Tax
Director needs someone to parachute in to help with some tax needs. This person
will primarily work on Fed Compliance and the accounting and reporting
regarding FAS 109 along with the other typical tax issues.  This is a
hands on role for a good Sr ( Which they are also looking for on a perm basis
as well) so if you know anyone who is at the Sr/Light Manager level who has
more than 5+ years of Corp Tax work or 5+ Yrs of Public accounting, this could
be a good opportunity. The Director is an energetic up and coming professional
with tons of energy, a sharp technical background, and according to the client,
has an endearing personality.

Comp is realitive to the person's background - a
reasonable comp range for this level would be in the 35-45/HR range.
