Mass. - Fashion Playtes, a Salem-based company, has raised $1.5 million
in its first round of venture capital, according to published reports. The
company is developing a website for girls aged six to 12 that allows them to
design their own clothing. Investors in the deal include LaunchCapital
and New Atlantic Ventures.
