Woburn-based AdvanDx Raises $8 Million in Venture Capital Check out their Jobs!

Woburn,
Mass. - AdvanDx, a Woburn-based provider of molecular diagnostic products
for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of life-threatening, bacterial
infections, announced that it has raised an additional $8 million in venture
capital from existing stockholders, SLS Venture and LD Pensions.
The company was founded in 2002. Its first products, for identification of
bacteria and yeast directly from positive blood cultures, were launched in May
2003. AdvanDx's products provide fast results that enable improvements in
patient care and reduce hospital costs.
