Location: Boston, MA
Salary Range: $60,000 - $140,000

Sales Rep - Business Development - Account Manager - 14001 - EH&S - Quality Management Systems - TQM

***This will be a home based position. Locations: Boston and Springfield market***

What you need for this position:

o Direct experience and working knowledge in providing ISO 14001 is desirable, but not necessary (Company will provide ISO 14001 training as needed); and quality management systems (ISO 9000, TQM, Lean) experience a plus.
o 5+ years of technical solutions sales experience (EH&S experience a plus)
o Documented quota beating sales performance carrying a $1.5M quota or greater 
o Proven self starter, with start up background 
o Sales experience with solutions that average $250,000 or greater 

What you'll be doing:

o Articulate the environmental management solution to customer organizations at the Director, VP, and C-Level.
o Manage the full life cycle of the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing. 
o Accurately forecast new business. 
o Learn and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company´s products and technologies, competitors, industry trends. 
o Architect a solution which meets customer requirements. 
o Participate in manufacturing, sustainability events, conferences, trade shows. 
o Build relationships which turn customers into loyal fans. 
o Document all client interactions in CRM system
