Customer Care Manager - Inside Sales Manager - Account Manager
Location:  Boston, MA
Salary Range:  $60,000 - $85,000

If you are a Customer Care Manager / Client Service Manager with the ability
to drive revenue through existing customers and have experience working for
a Software Company, please read on!

sector. We have many top tier clients, and we're looking for a Manager of
Customer Care to help drive revenue through our existing client base.

This position is located in the Back Bay!

What you need for this position:

- Proven track record of driving revenue through existing customers
- The ability to mentor / coach account managers, and teach them how to
successfully walk customers through renewals and service upgrades
- 2+ years of management / leadership of an account management or inside
sales team
- 3+ years experience in client relationship management
- Experience working for a Software Development Company, with an
understanding of the Product Engineering Lifecycle
- Highly energetic, confident individual

What you'll be doing:

- Guide, coach, manage and oversee a team of account managers
- Work closely to align the customer care team with sales to drive revenue
through renewals and upsells
- Set and enforce employee performance initiatives
- Act as point person for client issue escalation
- 25% Account Management and 75% Management / Mentor / Coach
