Property Tax Associate: Boston, MA
Our client, located in Boston is seeking a Property Tax Associate
Responsibilities include working with a team of property tax professionals
to perform real property tax compliance, prepare property tax estimates,
research and evaluate commercial property tax assessments, file assessment
appeals, prepare valuation position reports considering all three approaches
to value, negotiate with assessment officials, and respond to client
requests.
Must have one to five years' related work experience and have a Bachelor's
degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or
Finance. Some experience with commercial real property appraisal required.
Specific real estate or business personal property appraisal training and/or
certifications are highly desirable. Must have advanced MS Office skills.
Familiarity with FileMaker Pro database software a plus.
