Researcher and business person for educational technology star

I plan to develop a software product for adults with mathematics anxiety
who must develop some mathematics skills. I regard mathematics anxiety
as a kind of PTSD, and want to teach students relaxation techniques
which they can use prior to attempting student-friendly math learning
modules. I have identified some possible funding sources and have done
some preliminary research.

I am seeking a person or persons who can

(1) do a scientific literature research search in PTSD, neurology, and
learning theory

(2) help me put together a business plan

This must be purely on spec now; I have no money to pay salaries.

In the future I will need a programmer, but I have no idea yet what
expertise I will need. If you have programming skills and a passion for
educational technology, please contact me so that I can put your name on
