    Human Resources Generalist

    This individual will report to the Director of Human Resources and will
    perform a variety of HR generalist and administrative functions such as;
    benefits administration, worker�s compensation, employment record keeping,
    and supporting managers and team members with HR questions and issues.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    � Employee Relations � Provides counseling and direction to staff on
    business issues and facilitates communication, resolves conflicts and
    improves performance.
    � Performance Management � Guides staff through performance management
    issues. Follows up to ensure fair treatment, clarity of the issues, and
    clear, reasonable and achievable action plans.
    � Employee Development � Identifies departmental needs and recommends
    the appropriate training to be delivered.
    � Compensation Management � Analyzes and provides compensation
    recommendations to ensure appropriate salary administration according to
    company guidelines.

    Job Qualifications:
    � Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
    � Prior experience in employee relations & performance management.
    � Excellent interpersonal skills.
    � Must be detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical,
    problem solving and decision-making abilities.
    � Must have proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks,
    projects and assignments.
    � Working knowledge of State and Federal employment & labor laws.
    � Experience dealing with visa laws, applications, etc a plus.
    � Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required.
    � Bachelor�s Degree in related field preferred.
    � Employease and ADP experience beneficial.
    � 5-7 years experience in Human Resources.
