CloudSwitch Raises $8M in 2nd Round (Burlington, MA)

Burlington, Mass. -- CloudSwitch, a Burlington-based
provider of software for cloud computing networks, announced that it has raised
$8 million in its second round of venture capital in a deal led by
Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Founded in 2008, CloudSwitch provides "an
enterprise gateway to the cloud." Its software appliance allows organizations to
benefit from the cloud's improvements in cost, rapid deployment and scaling.
Other investors in the company include Matrix Partners and Atlas Venture.
