MAJOR DUTIES:
The
DCMA Information Technology Customer Service Organization is
responsible for the development and maintenance of DCMA-wide system
security plans, programs, policies and procedures and works with other
DoD components on joint IT and eBusiness (Paperless Contracting)
programs and initiatives. Establishes IT systems architectural
requirements for DCMA information systems. Maintains the DCMA
enterprise and technical architectures. Analyzes customer needs for and
use of telecommunications resources. Conducts traffic analysis studies,
develops projections and evaluates bandwidth requirements. Develops
policy guidance to ensure compliance with the DCMA IT Annual Plan and
the DCMA IT architecture guidelines. Provides technical supervision
over contractor personnel and advises the contracting officer
concerning technical requirements of the contract.
