Summary of Position
Responsible for business partnering with client group in the areas of
recruitment workforce planning, employee relations and facilitation of
training. Senior advisor will provide leadership and act as an
educational resource to other staff members. Provide
orientation/training to new HR employees. Will also delve into
benefits, employee leaves and other projects as assigned. Incumbent is
required to process solid recruitment/employee relations experience and
a thorough understanding of State and Federal labor law and HR policies
as necessary
Position Requirements
o Bachelor degree or equivalent experience/education is required
o A minimum of 5 years Human Resource generalist experience
o Experience with one-on-one employee/management interaction required.
o Labor Relations/Employee Relations experience will be preferred.
o Exercises good judgment when interactive with internal and external customers in promoting a positive work environment.
Salary
$ 70,000 - $80,000 DOE
