OUR CLIENT/THE COMPANY: This privately-held company is a well known
manufacturer of food products with Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN and
Northfield, MN.



THE POSITION: The company is looking for a Corporate Compensation
Manager to be located in their Northfield, MN location (soon to be
relocated to southern suburb ie. Lakeville/Burnsville yet to be
determined). Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, this
position will manage all activities related to compensation including
the assessment, process design, implementation, and maintenance of all
incentive programs and policies that maintain the organizations
objectives and while sustaining competitiveness in the marketplace.



THE LOCATION: Northfield, MN (located approximately 30 miles south of
Minneapolis, MN). Offices will soon be relocated to southern suburb
(ie. Lakeville/Burnsville - yet to be determined).



THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree
(Masters preferred) and 10+ years of experience in compensation in the
manufacturing industry.
