CFO Opportunity - NYC - Relocation Available

Well established, worldwide diversified property development firm is
looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible
for all accounting and finance aspects and supervise a team inclusive
of a Controller.

Salary Range: Competitive Executive Salary




Basic Qualifications:




• Applicant must be legally able to work in the country where position is located.


• Minimum of eight years of CFO experience.


• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting


• Experience with Real Estate projects that are at least $100M.


• Experience dealing with banks and loans




Preferred Qualifications:




• Knowledge of lease, project development and shared interests accounting are key to this role.


• Experience in a Board interfacting role.


• Five years of public experience and nothing less than five years multi-corporate and private.


• Knowledge of all systems and applications and specific Real Estate programs.


• Manage and negotiate complex contracts, oversee creative financing for projects.


• Experience in preparing monthly Financial Statements, balancing all cycles and increasing cash flow.


• Liaise with all aspects of Partners, Investors and key persons and professionals.


• Eye for detail, timelines, and schedules.


• Implement systems, procedures and protocol.


• Liaise with all vendors.


• Reconcile all expenses, banking errands, meeting with key Banking executives.
