The
Retirement & Benefits Specialists should be experienced in performing the
following duties:


  • Providing expert retirement counseling including preparation and submission
    of retirement applications 

  • Computing accurate service dates

  • Developing annuity estimates

  • Advising on TSP, FEHB, FEGLI, Social Security coverage and retirement fund
    deposits





















The Sr. HR
Specialists should possess a comprehensive range of knowledge and experience
in Federal Human Resources and will be responsible for the following
duties:
 


  • Managing disposition/retention policies


  • Creating and executing
    plans for action with minimal supervision


  • Providing support and
    assistance to employees in a number of HR disciplines


  • Advising management regarding employee issues


  • Maintaining filing systems


Applicants must possess
a minimum of 8 years experience or a Bachelor's degree.

The Jr. HR Specialists will possess experience and knowledge similar to the
Sr. HR Specialist with a minimum of five years of experience in the Federal
government or a Bachelors degree.


 





















The Sr.
Analyst should be experienced in performing the following duties:


  • Conducting management
    studies, workforce analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and earned value management
    reports

  • Conducting complex analysis both independently and as a team



  • Developing work plans and methodologies facilitating collection and
    analysis of data

Master's
Degree is preferred or at least 10 years of related experience and Bachelor's
degree in related field

The Jr. Analyst should be experienced in performing the
following duties: 

 

  • Conducting management studies, workforce analyses and
    cost-benefit analyses


  • Assisting in the preparation of a variety of reports, assessments or
    evaluations
     

    Minimum of two years of related experience within the
    Federal government and Bachelor's degree required.


     
     




















The Sr.
Administrative Office Clerk should be experienced in performing the following
duties:
 


  • Providing
    administrative support


  • Assisting
    in presentation preparation


  • Answering
    telephone inquiries


  • Scheduling
    meetings and making travel arrangements


  • Completing
    reports and assembling information for briefings


  • Processing
    ingoing/outgoing mail


  • Using word
    processing, graphic systems, and spreadsheet
    applications


 
High school diploma plus a minimum of two years relevant
office experience within Federal government
required.

The Jr.
Administrative  Office Automation Clerk should have similar experience as the
Sr. Administrative Clerk including:
 


  • Data entry and report generating for automated tracking
    systems


 
High school diploma plus a minimum of one year relevant office
administrative experience within the Federal government
required.
