Software Application Support Engineer - Framingham, MA area

Our client, located just west of Framingham, MA is seeking a Software

Application Support Engineer with a minimum of four years of experience

preferably in life science or bio-pharmaceutical industry supporting

customer data management and software solutions. Bachelor's degree in

Software or Computer Science required.



Responsible for providing technical customer support via remote access or

on-site (approximately 10 - 20% travel required after an initial 3-4 month

training period outside of the US), some customer installations, product

upgrades and demo installations, pre- and post-sales support.

Must have a technical background in software and research informatics.

Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred), and the ability to read and

understand code is required. Ability to write code is strongly desired.



Salary is commensurate with experience and an excellent benefit package is

available. No relocation is being offered.
