PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE


· Masters Degree in Human Resources




· A minimum of 15 years multinational organization of Repute.




· Hands on experience of OD and performance management is a must





PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITE


· Lead various HR initiatives for the Business Unit




· Responsible for implementation of all human resource processes.




· Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of Performance
Management System, co-ordination and facilitation of Organization
Development Review related activities.



· Responsible for all Corporate HR policy guidelines implementation.




· Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.




· Responsible for introduction of and maintenance of communication systems.




· Responsible for initiating process for identification of training
needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external
training programs.



· All matters related HR administration matters, implementation of
welfare schemes, arranging employee participation programs,
administration of employee recognition program.



· Advise Business Unit Head on all HR issues, especially those
pertaining to Human Resources and on company policies and procedures.



· Change Management.




· Performance Management System.




· Will able to design appropriate customized TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT programmes.




· Coordinate with the various departments and develop relevant program
outlines to capture the exact training requirement from the
departments.



· Can handle/supervise HR Functions independently




· Can handle/manage/organize training & development programmes




· Liaison and coordinating capabilities




· Excellent & Effective Communication skills




· Analytical approach




· Excellent organizational, leadership, and general management skills.
