Massachusetts certified teacher, who passionately loves IT, I bridge the gap

between the end user and technology by providing proactive, resourceful,

intuitive and enthusiastic desktop, user and network troubleshooting, support

and training. I have a track record of resolving problems, reducing costs,

having a high retention rate among training participants, and creating elegantly
