Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Human Capital Consultant for the Organization & Strategy team. The Organization &Strategy (OS) team helps our client decision makers clarify their top agendas, develop effective organization and program strategies to achieve sustainable results. Through a combination of business analysis, assessment of people processes and organizational structure, you will have the opportunity to help guide clients through the maze of factors integral to effective change.


The OS team focuses on delivering core strategic capabilities primarily to Federal sector clients in areas such as Transformation & Change Management, Organization Model/Design, Organizational Efficiency & Process Management, Strategic Human Capital Management, Strategic Communications and Learning Systems. For these clients, we provide support at all levels of the organization, ranging from strategic-level enhancement of corporate readiness/response to emerging market trends to operational improvement via BPR/process improvement and applied business analytics across the people, processes, and technology organizational components.

As a Human Capital Consultant, you will apply your analytical, data collection, and communications skills to support program managers in diagnosing and prioritizing complex Human Capital Management problems. This position will have insight into a broad range of projects supporting highly visible federal clients. It will require keen attention to detail, while maintaining a broad/strategic view to seek out and deliver innovative solutions to improve the delivery and outcomes of organization management and human capital services within our client organizations.


Basic Qualifications:


-BS or BA degree.
-At least 3 years experience in providing human capital consulting services in at least two of the following areas: Human capital strategic planning, human capital policy, performance management, change management, compensation and/or pay for performance, competency development, talent acquisition, workforce analysis / human capital business intelligence, human capital business process improvement and process automation, HR management system implementation
-At least 1 years of management consulting experience
